After the weekend is over, it's time for new content here on rpg-o-mania. Today I added a little report about a very special very special boss in Ys VIII.

Today I added a special moment to our list of gaming moments - the opera scene from Final Fantasy VI. Final Fantasy VI is a special game, and this event in the middle of the game is just a great example of how much love has been put into this game.
I read about it in a video game magazine (called "Video Games") in 1994, where there was an interview with the developers where they stated that they were a bit demotivated by Final Fantasy V and wanted to try some fun things in the next game.
By the way, did you know that there are some art pieces scattered around our coverage reports that are not in our galleries? :)

Again a smaller update today.
We have new images over at the newly created Mobile Zelda and Zelda wallpapers, both with games from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
I also started a new screenshot gallery - the Breath of Fire screenshots gallery.
So you see, not every day we can present you with a big review, but there's always something new here.

Just a quick media update today. I added a bunch of Ryus and Ninas to our Breath of Fire image gallery. Thanks to the Super Nintendo games included in Nintendo Switch online, I'm able to play Breath of Fire again. I sold my copy a few years ago when my daughter was born because I needed the money and not the games 😅
Anyway, now I can play it again and I'm not completely sure if I can play through it thanks to the insane random encounter rate.
I also added a great image to our Ys-gallery.

After posting lots of art and screenshots in the past few weeks, today I can finally announce our new Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana review.
Like in every other great RPG I finish, I'm always a bit sad when a game ends, and I tend to think a lot about the characters.
Of course, you could restart such a game, especially with Ys and its "New Game+". But to be honest, there are so many great games coming up, that I quit Ys VIII for now and keep it in my memories.
