So, this little update concludes 2022.
I added a new chapter to our "Sprite of the month" series, this time it's about three characters at once - Randi, Crono and Ark from Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger and Terranigma.

Other than that, I wish all of you the best of luck for 2023. Tomorrow, this relaunched website will be five years old, and it's still going strong. All the best to your families and loved ones as well, may you be safe from any harm whatsoever (of which there is plenty in the world right now).

Well would you know it, rpg-o-mania hit 1 million visitors these days.
I'm pretty happy that I managed to keep the site running long enough that even little rpg-o-mania would reach that goal.

Today I added some art that Square Enix published as part of their "Echoes of Mana" free to play game. They are characters from Secret of Mana and Trials of Mana respectively.
I thought I'd make things a bit more beautiful and remove the backgrounds.

Oh my, it's another masterpiece by our friend Kaoru!
This time, he provided an extensive retrospective of Dragon Quest, the oh so popular RPG series from Japan!
It's an interesting read that gives everyone a well paced overview of the series, so be sure to check it out!

Thanks to our friend Kaoru, there's now a review about Koudelka online.
I always noticed this game back when it was released, but never got too deep into it, even if it looked interesting.
But thanks to Kaoru's review, I know I didn't miss all too much. It's an interesting read nevertheless!
