A boatswain with a passion for dices. Talk to Camille in Kaku and then go downstairs.

Yam Koo
Tai Ho's little brother. Joins with him.

Mathiu
Your strategist. Joins in Seika.

Camille
A female mercenary. Talk to her in the inn at Kaku.

Luc
After you defeated the dragon in Toran Castle, he will be a present from Leknaat.

Onil
A woman focused on gossips. Just talk to her in Seika.

Sergei
Installs an elevator for you in Toran Castle. Talk to him after the castle's yours.

Marie
After you got your castle, talk to her in Seika.

Chandler
Sells Items. Go to the fortress of Kwaba after you got Toran Castle.

Rock
A warehouse keeper. He is in a room in Lepant's house.

Lepant
Joins after you gave him back his stolen sword.

Eileen
Lepants wife, joins with him.

Giovanni
Lepants servant, joins with him.

Krin
A thief to the boots. Joins after you got Lepant's sword.

Juppo
In Lepant's house. Just talk to him when you see him.

Maas
Blacksmith, lives in Great Forest (human side).

Varkas
Thief of Mt. Seifu. Joins after you got Lepant.

Sydonia
Joins with Lepant.

Kirkis
He lies on the harbor of Toran Castle after the feast.

Gaspar
Go where you got Tai-Ho and win more than 5000 Bits from him.

Viki
Joins automatically when you're heading for the Elves' Village.

Valeria
Traitor from the empire. Joins in the prison of the Elves' Village.

Meese
Blacksmith in Dwarves' Village. Talk to him and he'll join.

Templeton
After you left the burnt village of the elves, simply re-enter it. She will give you the Suikoden Map.

Kuromimi
Also known as "Black Ears", he will join during the first battle against the empire.

Kwanda Rosman
A "Great Imperial General". Spare his life and he will join.

Stallion
The fastest elf in the world. Joins after the battle against Kwanda.

Sylvina
Girlfriend of Kirkis. Joins with Stallion.

Fu Su Lu
The man with the tiger mask. Pay for his meal and he joins. Located in Kobold Village.

Gon
Brother of Kuromimi. Have him with you and Gon will join.

Humphrey
In Toran Castle after the battle against Kwanda.

Apple
Located in Seika at Mathius school. Talk to her.

Lorelai
In Kouan. You must be at least at Level 30 when talking to her.

Flik
Joins after understanding that you're a great leader.

Antonio
A cook for Mary. He will join you after Mary realized that she'll need a cook.

Kai
The hero's teacher. Find him on the bridge of Garan and talk to him.

Hellion
Magician. Can be found in the hotel in Teien.

Quincy
Won't join until you have a certain amount of characters. She will tell you how much you need.

Meg
The girl in Kaku. Have Juppo with you and talk to her.

Sheena
Have Eileen and Lepant with you and go to the Inn in Seika. I didn't really know if Shenna is a he or a she for the first few playthroughs (it's a boy!)

Sansuke
Master of baths. Find him in Great Forest (Human side).

Gen
In the town of teien, boatswain.

Kamandol
The "alchemist"... Gen forces makes him join.

Mina
Dancer in Antei. Equip Toe Shoes and talk to her.

Kimberley
Holds her liquor very well. Talk to her.

Tesla
Sealfaker. Joins with Kimberley.

Jeane
You must have a certain amount of characters to get her. She's at the Magic Shop in Antei.

Luikan
After you rescued him in Soniere, he will join you.

Milich Oppenheimer
One of the "Great Imperial Generals". Spare his life and he will join you.

After she asks you to find her cat, just catch it in Kaku and talk to Lotte again.

You can find him on the first floor in Scarleticia Castle. He joins after you got Milich.

Can be found in Kobold town. Talk to him after Kirkis is strong enough (around level 40).

Kasios
Have Milich with you and talk to her in Scarleticia Castle.

After you got Milich, re-enter Antei and talk to him.

Find an opal from Enemies around Soniere/Antei, then talk to her.

Get all of the seeds he needs (Just go to your store in Toran Castle).

Joins after you defeated Neclord.

Joins with Tengaar.

At the town of Teien. Talk to him. He tells you if you're strong enough or not.

At the Dragon Knights Castle (outside, upper-right corner).

Talk to him with Humphrey and he'll join. Can be found in the Dragon Knights Castle.

Joins when you look for a medicine to wake up the dragons.

Joins after the events concerning Black.

After you've defeated Neclord, find him on top of Neclord's Castle.

On Pirates' island (Northeast of Teien). Have Tai Ho and Yam Koo with you, fight him and he'll join.

Kanak
Joins with Anji.

In the cave behind Qlon. Talk to him (you have to go through a wall).

In Seek Valley. Have Maas, Meese, Moose and Mose with you and talk to him.

After you got 95 characters, talk to him in Kalekka, go to Mathiu and then talk to Leon again.

Imperial General. Spare his life and he'll join.

Rescue him in Kazim's Castle.

After rescuing Warren, talk to him and he'll join.

Go back to the place you rescued warren and he'll join.

After you got about 100 characters, he's randomly in the inn in Rikon. Talk to him and he'll join.

Weapon dealer. Joins in Antei.

Leader of the Dragons Knights, joins automatically after you got the medicine for his dragons. Only available in big battles.

Joins automatically, he is not part of the 108 Stars of Destiny. You'll find out why.
