Oh my, Square Enix indeed announced a new Star Ocean game.
To be perfectly honest with you, after the release of Star Ocean 5 in 2015 and its lukewarm reception, I thought the series was dead.
Even cooler now that they indeed announced a new game in the series. And it looks as if it has all the ingredients of a Star Ocean game - even if the protagonist looks a bit weird.
I think I'm going to compose a preview about this game soon, but for today, we start with some artwork for the game!
Update 2021-11-02: I added some character portraits today.
