Trails games are a series made by Nihon Falcon in 2004. The games belong to the Legend of Heroes series, which they are a subseries of. It's pretty complicated, but amongst JRPG fans, the "Trails" games (or "Kiseki" games in Japan) are famous for being long and intense RPGs.
